Your data¶
mTime handles business data. The rule is: store as little as possible.

The binding texts are the privacy policy, the terms of use and the imprint. This page explains the same in brief.
What mTime does not store¶
No time entries. They are read from bexio when you look at a week and written to bexio when you book. In between they are in memory only for the moment they are displayed.
What mTime stores¶

In memory only, and for at most ten minutes, mTime holds the names of projects, work packages, activities and contacts, and your recently used combinations.
What the operator sees¶
Earlybyte GmbH can see a list of users: name, e-mail, company number, sign-in times, last use and the number of entries created – never their content.
In the browser¶
mTime sets only technically necessary cookies: one for the session, one during sign-in, one for the language. There is no analytics, no tracking and no third-party content. That is also why there is no cookie banner.
The installed app keeps exactly two files on the device: the "no connection" page and its icon.
Deleting your account and data¶
Under Settings → Your mTime account you delete your account yourself. mTime
- revokes the connection at bexio,
- deletes everything it has stored about you,
- removes its cookies in your browser.
Your entries in bexio stay unchanged. The only thing that remains at mTime is the total of all entries created – a number with no link to you.
